11 Easy Tricks To Convert Brain into Excellent Thinking Machine
Can you narrate me the movie that you saw a year back? Finding it difficult?? Some of you may not be able to recall the name of it even. May be your brain cells are occupied are filled up with the recent incidents and as there are limited cells to memorize so the information gets overlapped. This is the biggest myth about the capability of our brain.
Brain can store information beyond our imagination. All we need to do is to keep it active through various exercises.
There are two parts of the brain the right brain and the left brain. Each side is similar in shapes but have different functions to be performed.
Left brain which is also known as digital Brain controls;

as Analog Brain controls;

Unlike any other muscle brain muscles also need to be exercised in order to keep them active and healthy. Here are the few tricks using which we can keep our brain muscles functioning well. Also these tricks break our usual thinking pattern and help us thinking differently. Try them out and they will definitely help you out.
1. Take a book and put it upside down, now try to read out the sentence.
This exercise helps your brain muscles to increase their grasping power.
2. Start counting from 100 to 1
Whenever you have enough time to sit leisurely or while driving, going to a morning walk or in your free hours start counting from 100 to 1. This exercise drills the brain and causes it to break a regular patter to react towards the things.
3. Read an entirely new topic
If you usually read fictions then read horror. If you are a student of economics then read history. If you have mastery over mathematics then try reading out some science related books. This will exercise your brain and you will also excel over other things. You will be having information of other topics like as well.
4. Play Games
Spend few minutes over games like Sudoku, Crossword and other electronic games. Games really help out our brain a lot. But remember when you find that you can solve a sudoku puzzle even while sleeping then its time to take more difficult challenges.
5. Make use of your opposite hand.
If you are a right hander then
occasionally start doing things from left hand like writing, combing, opening
doors, operating keypad etc. this will help your mind to rethink upon daily
tasks and explore the new pathways.
6. Memorizing the phone
numbers
We
all maintain a long phone call list in our mobiles, organizers etc. But try
remembering some important phone numbers. This practice greatly helps in
improving the memory and also helps you to immediately retrieve a number to
make urgent call.
7. Break the Routine
The best way to keep your brain young give challenges to it. Like change the
route of your office. Eat from your left hand etc. Do things with different
sequence number or pattern, which your brain is habituated to do in a
particular pattern. This will keep your brain ready for the challenges.
8. Develop new skills
Learning new skills can help out you to shake up the dormant parts of the
brain. Like learning a musical instrument, cooking, cycling, new language etc.
activates the brain cell and also makes you a multitalented personality.
9. Narrate your experiences.
Recall your first adventurous trip and write down your experience. Recall the variety of food that you have eaten till now and list them down. Recall the colors of the dresses you are having in your wardrobe. These small exercises will help your brain to memorize things easily.
10. Develop a hobby
Try to explore yourself and see what activity attracts you the most. Maintain your hobby and keep experimenting with it. This will help you develop your personality and build up the confidence. Also your brain will break its imagination limits.
11. Make Healthy Eating
In order to
keep your brain healthy we must pay attention to our eating habits. Our diet
should include fish oils, nuts such as walnuts, seeds such as flax seed and
olive oil. These are considered to be the healthy fats. Avoid eating
unsaturated fat as much as you can and if possible then eliminate it from your
diet. Even saturated fats are also recommended to be taken in very less amount.
So the next time you find it difficult to recall something, give a try to the above mentioned tricks. They really help us a lot without consuming much of our time.
