My brother told me that "95% people are good but just because of the 5% bad peple we develop a misconceptionfor all"

The most current example of this is that, yesterday a technician came to my house to install Aquaguard a water purifier. In order to have a wall model he told me that the stand would be costing me 250 bugs which was 200% more than what I was been told by sales person. So I got annoyed and called up the sales manager to confirm the things. But I found that the price has been raised because the company has stopped supplying the stands and they are getting them manufactured from outside.

There were some paintings and a Fengshui Fan which I bought quite long back but since there was no drilling machine so they were lying packed in my cupboard. When I saw technician drilling through the tiles of my kitchen, thought of  borrowing the machine for 10 min to make hole for paintings. But then as I talked him rudely due to the misconception so was feeling awakward to ask him for the it.

The technician who was very dedicated person, patiently completed his work and just when he was about to pack his things asked me "Madam do want me to drill somewhere else also for puting wallhangings...........". I was surprised at his generousity. I asked him to make five holes and after drilling them to my surprise he gave me the screws and holds without my even a least expression of any favour of money for the extra service. When I asked him whether he would like to have tea or something else he said in a very staright tone "No thankyou mam I have to go to other places to fix the water purifier."Suddenly my brother's proverb echoed my mind and I felt very embarassing on my early behaviour.

Well now the paintings and hanging are now the part of my living room.........

We have got to develop more friendly and trustful attitude towards others as our outlook only decides whether we make more, friends or enemies and thereby make life go easy or worst for us.
