Some Body Is Waiting For You At Home
Once there was a 7 year old child waiting at the doorsteps, for his father to return home from office. Father came very late and was exhausted. He saw his son and asked him “Why are you still awake?” Child said “Daddy, How much do you earn per day?”
“So this is why the child is awake so late in the night and what on the earth he has got to do with my one day salary.” Thought the father scolded the child for asking the question. Later in the night after having the dinner father kept on thinking the reason his child asked the question. He went to the boy’s room and saw him still awake. He calmly went to him and asked what is bothering him?
The child very politely asked the same question again “Daddy can I know how much do you earn a day?” The question irritated the father but this time he said in a rude tone “$10, Why.” Child immediately got up from his bed and took out his piggy bank from the wardrobe. He counted $10 and gave to his father saying “Can I have your one day please”. This brought tears in father’s eyes and while embracing his son he said “Yes my baby you owe it.”
Life has become too fast and in order to keep the pace we have to run with the same speed. We are living under continuous pressure of timely deliveries, schedule completions, better performance etc. All is exceptable as the competition has raised so much…..but the rules need to be changed sometimes for our loved ones.
This post is for all those late night working people…be them daddies, mommies, husbands, wives, sons and daughters. Just answer this “FOR WHOM ARE YOU WORKING SO HARD IN THE LATE NIGHTS” I am sure everybody has got the same answer for you and your family. But my dear what’s the use when you are too busy to enjoy that earning of yours and every time your family is craving for your little more time.
So dear all please take time for your loved ones as for you it can be few moments but for them it can mean a world.

Dear friend,
it's nice to read the story and really impress about the fact, as my son who is just four and half years old and wait everyday for me as his mother also go for work. I understand the feeling of my son and I will try to give as much time as possible.
